A neuro-ophthalmologist deals with conditions related to the eye and its connection to the brain, such as:

  • Optic neuritis and other optic nerve problems
  • Stroke causing visual problems
  • Brain tumours causing visual or cranial nerve palsy
  • Cranial nerve palsy causing droopy lid or double vision
  • Eye ache and headache
  • unexplained loss of vision
